Creative Crawley’s Producer will play a key role within the organisation ensuring that the September ’23 – April ’24 programme is delivered to a high standard. The work produced will reflect the organisation’s mission, vision & values. The success of this role will be apparent from good feedback from partners, artists and audiences and the creation of a positive environment in which everyone involved can work to the best of their abilities. This role feeds into the small team and organisation and the post-holder will attend regular team meetings so they are always aware of the bigger picture and encouraged to feed into it.
This is offered as a fixed term PAYE post and is a new position for Creative Crawley which has been a Charity Incorporated Organisation (CIO) since July 2021. Our mission is to develop, support creative people, make surprising art events happen in Crawley and to develop the reputation of the town as a creative place beyond its boundaries.
