Creative Crawley’s programme January to April 2024: Give it a Go

Dip your toe in and Give it a Go. Try something new and be yourself. Join us for fun and affordable creative events in Crawley for 3 – 83 year olds.

This programme aims to encourage Crawley people to try new contemporary performance experiences, present exhibitions, talks and workshops to spotlight careers in the creative industries for young people and offers training and networking for local creative professionals. The activity will take place in a range of Crawley neighbourhoods in found spaces, existing arts and community spaces and in people’s homes. Funded by Arts Council England and Crawley Borough Council.

We are working in partnership to deliver some of the programme with Marlborough Productions; a catalyst for queer culture and community based in Brighton.

Together, we are looking for a Local Engagement Producer who will play a key role within the organisation ensuring that the programme is delivered to a high standard and connects with local people.

The Local Engagement Producer’s overall aim is to ensure the events and activities in the Give it a Go 2024 season, particularly those with an LGBTQIA+ focus, are well attended and the creatives involved are well looked after. This role  will be supported by the part time Producer.
